The next few weeks and possibly months will be a difficult time for all companies but we want to reassure our customers that we will do our best to support them during this period taking into account the wellbeing of our staff, customers and suppliers.
Our spare parts department remains open and is well stocked with both JENZ and Rayco parts most of which are available next day. In addition, spare parts are available from the factory. Credit for customers has been reduced and we will be asking more customers to pay up front.
Our Service Department is still available for telephone technical support and for emergency call outs. Service contract customers will also be looked after as required.
Our hire fleet of shredders, screeners and windsifters are available at short notice to cover break downs and short time work.
We also have a stock of new green waste shredders and biomass shredders available.
Office admin and finance functions continue but on a reduced scale. Hopefully we can all get back to normal in the not too distant future.
